Thread: Been doing some research on test prop.. I thought about starting with this cycle..

    Arrow Been doing some research on test prop.. I thought about starting with this cycle..

    my name is Brian im 5"9 and I weigh 240.. Im 31yrs old...
    I eat about 2000 calories a day and I eat from the 5 major food
    groups everyday.. I make sure I get the daily recommended servings
    from each group...Im not really fat.. Or at least I dont think so.
    I will include a pic of myself....

    It seems that test prop is the big thing with AAS.....

    At first I thought test E was the way to go but through more research
    it seems that test prop is a better solution... I cant afford much and Im not
    gonna go into detail but I thought for a first cycle I would get 500mg
    of test prop and do 50mg every 3 days.. Which is roughly 100mg a wk give or take..

    If im careful I can make it last 4 weeks...

    What do you guys think?

    Is the dosage and time enough to make some real gains???

    myself and most other people around here will tell you that you can make much more progress naturally before hopping on the juice. 50 mg every three days will do absolutely nothing good nor will a 4 week cycle. check out the diet and workout forums for some direction with your training and nutrition. you are at the right place to learn. good luck

    Not flaming, just stating a fact. You are fat.

    My guess is roughly 25%BF... Looks like you have some natural gyno issues as well.

    You have no muscle mass to speak of that i can see...

    100mgs a wk isnt going to give you much...
    And 4 wks of anything wont either...

    if you have researched at all you would know your BF% is entirely too high to begin a cycle.

    Not to mention, it seems like you dont work out at all. Or if you do, you just started within a month or two...

    Sorry for the constructive critisim, but i feel its best to tell you straight out.


    DO NOT RUN A CYCLE! Go to these fourms and read all the stickies... You need to get around 12%BF before you can cycle. And your diet needs to be addressed.

    After reading ALL your previous posts, i can see you are looking for a quick and easy fix.

    I can certainly tell you that steroids will not provide what you are looking for.

    You do not seem to be the least bit interested in learning, instead you start threads about what certain drugs are instead of taking the time to learn about them yourself.

    Sir, you need to go about this in a more mature fashion, again like i stated, AAS are not a magical drug which you take, and within months you are the size of Arnold.

    Sorry to tell you, you are in the wrong place if thats what youre looking for.

    However, if you would like to learn something about diet and training, and then perhaps the use of AAS, then please follow my earlier advice.

    I can assure you that no one will help you if you intend to go on presenting yourself in the same manner.

    definitely well said. the only thing i disagree on is the gyno part. i think thats more fatty tissue that actually gyno so it would go away on its own.

    but PLEASE READ SOMETHING. i agree that it looks like you either have never worked out or haven't in a very long time. i doubt your diet is anything close to good, or to 2000 calories, for that matter.

    100mg of test is only slightly higher than what you produce naturally, and like they said, will do absolutely nothing for someone in your shape, especially without any real types or workout or only for 4 weeks.

    if war is right and you are 25% bf (could be more even) that means you have roughly 50 pounds of pure fat on you. imagine losing all that, and how small you would be for your size. that shows that not only do you have room to lose weight, but plenty of room to naturally build muscle.

    so please stick around and fly under the radar here. read up on everything in your spare time, and workout and eat right for a while. maybe in a year or so when you have learned everything and are in the shape to do so, you can think again about starting a cycle
