    Cool Tempted newguy

    Hello guys!

I would like to introduce myself before I start asking questions in other threads,

I'm 22 years old 198cm and 95 kg (don't know what it is in ft and lbs).
I've been working the gym for almost 4 years, the first two not very motivated though. Besides this workout I also pratice brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Kickboxing (for MMA competition purposes).
This combined workout was very satisfiying for me until a few months ago. I seem to have hit the barrier people allways talk about.
I'm struggling with the 90 kg benchpress, 1X6 reps is the most i can do as it seems(my max is 1X1 rep 100kg) and my strength in jiu jitsu also doesn't seem to improve aswel.
The thing thats bothering me lately is that I see people in the gym that have a better physique then me even though i seem to be a lot stronger. I've tried diets to gain weight but non of it seems to let my muscle grow. (weight gainer, wheyshake, creatine and and lots of carbs)

I subscriped to the forum to look for (possibly illegal) help in improving my physique. i'll try to post a picture below so you can check it out and comment if you want!

    All help is appreciated!

First off welcome and although most dont like to hear it often diet is the problem. Layout your diet broken down (carbs/protein/fats/meals per day/supplements) and we will help you out starting there. Steroids wont do much without the right diet.

    Hi thanks for the comment,

Been on diets before, worked a bit in gaining fat, but did not see very much muscle growth:S
I'm not on a diet right now (i should be though, exercising 5 times a week) but I just got back from the supermarket buying all the carbs and protein i could get. I allso have a weightgainer i use an hour before training (or should it be after?)

I'll post a picture for you judgement!

Also you need fast acting protein right after working out.

Ar-r.com sells pins but your diet sucks. Head to the diet section and start reading asap.

welcome bro. i would suggest you go look at the diet forum and search for bulking diet. once you see some of the other members diet's and questions you'll realize there is alot more to add to your diet. by the way, you say you've been training for 4 years, how do u train?? i would also recommend you post your workout routine for critique in the workout questions section

    I gotta agree with everyone

    Check out these links...

Your training probably isnt that great either, you arent very toned. And being so tall, you should beable to get to around 100KG easily.
