Why am I loosing hair during PCT when I lost none on cycle?

Just finished a 7 week cycle, Test P, Tren A, EQ, Insulin and also a little T-bol at the start. I didn't seem to shed any hair on cycle

Prior to the cycle I was running 1.25mg fina pd as well as Xandrox 15% and Saw Palmetto. On cycle I added on Nizoral 2%, spirolacatone 5% and switch from finasteride to dutasteride.

It's just over a week after my cycle and I' of 40mg nolva per day and 20mg of aromasin. I've switched back to finasteride but still kept everything else in minus the saw palmetto as I'm out of tabs at the moment. The last 3 days or so I have been shedding hair, I notice it in my hands when I style it.

Any suggestions on what might be causing this and how I can counter it? I would really appreciate some help. I get quite stressed when I see my hair coming out like this. I suspect either fluctuating hormones is the cause or the PCT chems. Either way I want to fix things ASAP.
