    ok.. ill make my question more interactive.... has anyone heard of any people taking this? or heard anything about it?

    Its considered a BCAA and it stimulates muscle protein synthesis. Its also found in quite a bit of supplements like Prolab N-Large II

    I dont think you really need to spend money on supplementing extra leucine. Most protein powder mixes already have a relatively high dosage anyway.

    i would never supplement with just that amino.. when you can get BCAA's (3 diff aminos)

    I supplement with BCAA's (10-15g) and add Leucine (10g), Creatine (5g) and then either Oats, or Dextrose. At night I'll add 20-30g Casein.

    Whey, at any %, upsets my stomach.

    I know there are endless variables, but I have never been stronger and looked as good, since switching to BCAA's/Leucine from Whey Isolate.
