    ARGH Let myself go..

    Howz it going everyone?

I guess ill start off with some background info of myself. I am 26, and I have 4 years of weight lifting experience. During that time I built myself up from a 5'7" 129lb frame to a 167lb 13% bodyfat all natural. About two years ago I met someone and my motivation went down the drain. It went from lifting less to not lifting a all. Anyhow, I Have been back on the horse for the last month. Where I started at 187 lbs 22% bodyfat to 181 lbs 19.7% bodyfat.

Anyhow, the reason I'm here is because i am curious about steriods. However, I do not know whether or not it is right for me yet. I have made very good gains just from eating relatively healthly. (plus my metabolism was off the charts.) Now I am on my first cut. Its alot harder than trying to gain IMHO. Im not use to worrying soo much about everything i put in my mouth.

Basically, As i try to lose another 15-20 lbs I am hoping to further my knowledge and during this time and decide what is next best step for me.

Welcome, best to just tweak your diet and do lots of cardio before juicing.

    Welcome to the site,

I think most would agree that your not nearly ready to start any kind of cycle. However you are on the right track as far as getting into shape and getting back into a solid routine. This site has a wealth of knowledge not just about steroids. You could literally spend night and day searching about diet, exercise ect.

My advice is continue what your doing, read and make a educated decision if you want to start a cycle or not.
