Ok so some basics...

Height: 6'4"
Weight: 225lbs
BF: roughly 9-10%
Just wanting some feedback on my diet below, goals, etc to follow...
Breakfast(5am): 2 whole eggs + 4-5 Egg whites scrambled w/ WW toast
Snack1(8am): 2 low fat granola bars, Apple and Bananna
Lunch(10:30am): Low fat Pasta w/ 45g Pt shake(mixed with water)
Snack2(1pm): High PT small amount (almonds/jerky/etc..)
GYM
(4pm)45g PT shake with Skim milk and bananna (this is when I take my Multi-Vit, Vit-C)
Dinner(6pm): Steamed vegetables with alternating Meat (Chicken breasts, fish fillets or Steak)
That is a typical Day for me, the times are approximate obviously...
I am, and have been for years (8-9 roughly) very dedicated in the gym, 5 days a week (4 days split... 1 day just cardio/core) I lift heavy 4 days, Core 4 days, Cardio 3 days. My strength i consider "ok" for never using AAS, I bench 225x17, squat 405x10 just for a small meaningless example haha.
Only suppliment I am currently taking is NO-xplode before the gym, i know some recommend other pre-workout supps but I really like No-xplode, i get good strength gains, great pumps and it really gets me jacked up before the gym which is key because I get up crazy early everyday and am usually bagged for the gym. Plus a lot of others really blow up my stomach (superpump..)
Goal: Basically I want to gain solid lean muscle, I would be happier than a pig in sh*t sitting around 240 with 8-9% BF in 18-24 months... achievable??
