    WTF I thought monday was chest day

    All of the sudden everyone at my gym got smart and started doing legs on monday. With all the a-holes doing curls on the squat rack and people actually doing squats it was a shit show. Every bench press was empty. WTF. Don't they know the rules!!! Stay out of my leg room on monday!!

    mine changes every week with my new workout plan. was legs though for 2 of last 3 weeks

    You're from boston. You were probably one of the people in my way tonight. I got spoiled with the leg room to myself monday nights.

    I wouldn't have minded so much, but there was also an epidemic of people not picking up after themselves, which evolved into people jumping on equipment if you went for a drink of water because who can tell if something is being used when nobody is reracking their weights. Uggg!! Frustrating night. Especially since most of the people leaving shit all over the place were experienced guys who should know better.

    I switched my leg day up to mondays simply because it seemed if I ran out of time to workout from a busy week it was always legs that got neglected. Now on mondays I have to call ahead to get a reserve on the arm curl rack so I can do squats...LOL

    thats the problem, you go at night

    i go somewhere between 4:30AM to 5AM (depending how late i was up the night before)... gym is empty

    I'm not a morning person. I have terrible insomnia, so if I see 4:30 am, it's usually tossing and turning still trying to sleep or posting nonsense on here.
