    SportsDoc new to the Forum

Newbie when it comes to the gear.... Seasoned vet when it comes to operating on and dealing with sports injuries.

I'm a Sports professional who works with professional athletes. Joined here for obvious reasons...want to educate myself and eventually try the gear that so many of my patients talk to me about...can't do it through work or colleagues for obvious reasons.

Was going to see if one of the moderators would want to start a thread for people who have injury-related questions. Admittedly, I don't know much about the pharmacology of the gear...but I know the body inside and out when it comes to injuries.

My disclaimer is this... I don't want business; I don't want anybody on here asking where my office is or where I operate... don't want any conflicting interests. I will also say this...I'm doing this totally pro bono.... it's all about good karma. I'll help you guys sort through injuries and how to treat them, if in return you tell me where to get and how to use the gear.

I'll also always say this.... go see your local doctor!!! I intend whatever advice I can give as just that.... not about to be held liable for anybody training through an injury and causing irreversible damage. There's no replacement for an actual physical examination and face to face evaluation.

If it gets out of hand, and people start abusing good-willed advice, I'll shut it down.

    Know thy body!!!

Welcome! There is alot of great info here. Some more relevant to your intrests the others.

For example, you won't get too much Re: Endurance Athletes.

One thing I have learned is to take everyone's advice with a grain of salt. Some ideologies contradict each other. If you find something that suits your intrest, what I have done was to research it some more through search google or this site.
