Ok, not sure if I'm the only one, but you're supposed to put the npb in the fridge once you open it, how do you guys prevent it from getting solid?
Do I have to leave it in the fridge? Is my fridge messed up?(everything else is fine)

Honestly, I leave nut (hazelnut etc.) butters on the counter. I go through 'em way too fast to worry about spoilage. Room temperature beats cold as far as maintaining creaminess is concerned.
same here. I buy the smaller containers because they were on sale and I go through them pretty fast. I just keep them in the cabinet; dont need to put in the fridge...
My containers do not even have the recommendation to refrigerate on them
