I will be doing sust 250/dbol/HCG for 12 weeks
FYI: im not gyno prone....

WK 1-4 I will do 30mg DBOL
WK 1-12 I will do 500mg/wk sust 250
WK 1-12 I will do 500iu/wk HCG SUB-Q
WK 1-12 .25ML(.25MG) OF LIQUIDEX(ADEX) FROM ARR

just to make sure im right i run the HCG till the last sust shot, then wait 18days and then start PCT? nolva/clomid.

AGE 23,5'11'',185,10% bf, 5yrs lifting, diet will be 4k/day clean, 1st cycle.

i know im young, and you will say workout natural n shit, but i have been stuck at this weight for 1yr now, tried switching diet, workout plan, doesnt really work. im starting to think i have low natural test levels. when i was 18 my weight was 135pounds, since then i have got to 185 natural, and my body doesnt want to go anymore....

Looks like a well thought out cycle. Make sure you adjust your diet as you gain weight while on cycle, do not keep it the same.

op was edited.....i decided that i would use adex(liqidex) from arr @ .25mg ed. so does the OP look like a good cycle/pct now? thanks

How do you know your not gyno prone if you have never cycled before?

Since its your first cycle you more than likely dont need dbol in there. You will grow like a weed without it. Plus if you werent gyno prone before dbol, you will be after.

ok...i just come from a lean family and i have low bf so just thought i wasnt "AS" prone.

so then i should run the adex at .25mg to help combat the signs while on HCG...?

liquidex from ARR is 30ml 1mg/ml...
so i just use a oral syringe at .25ml = .25mg ED or EOD? thanks

I have read that ANY anabolic steroid can cause complete HPTA shutdown, some people are real sensitive in hypothalamus/pituitary. Once you add it, your body doesnt need to make testosterone, so it stops making GnRH, which stops FSH/LH, which stops testosterone production in testes. If it will recover or not usually depends on the dosage and duration of cycle. The only way to know is to check those lab values after the cycle is over. The majority of people recover on their own, even without PCT [but you may lose your gains]. Most people normalize in less than 3 months, but there are case reports of people normalizing the HPTA around a year after anabolics.

I've also read about people getting shut down with non-anabolics, such as corticosteroids. Prednisone is known to cause pituitary shutdown [although rare]. I have not read it, but I heard some pro-hormones can lead to impairment of HPTA [androstenedione, DHEA] but I have no resources to be sure about this last one.
