one of the guys makes a very good point in that thread, just eat red meat in your diet once a day. I do that every day i have at least one lean steak. Maybe that is one reason why i get good pumps.

Creatine gives me great pumps and endurance along with strength. It seems to give my heart sharp pains though.

That does not mean it is creatine. Read the label. Creatine is included in the blend of 500 house chemicals included in Vapor.
Try plain creatine monohydrate. After 2 months you should start to notice a slight increase in strength, which will continue to improve.
Like bjpennn said, try Jack3d. It has only the essential pre-workout ingredients (imo), and it provides excellent concentration, focus and energy.
But creatine cycle.... lol. If you run creatine for 10-12 weeks you may be dissapointed. OP, try running an external source of creatine daily. 5 grams mixed into your post-workout shake
