    best time for cardio

    when is the best time for cardio? and should it be on an on empty stomach?

    Are you cutting or bulking? I'd say if your cutting try do something like this:

    AM: 40-60 minutes

    Afternoon: 20 minutes

    Post work out: 20-40 minutes

    Combat catabolism with the correct diet and Branch Chain Amino Acids, works well for me
    If bulking I'm sure 20-30 minutes of cardio every morning would be sufficient (if that)

    ^^^lol! They're just trying to keep you on your toes man. Really, when is the best time for cardio? Kiddn. This has been a beat up discussion; with a lot of pros and cons, and it can get confusiong. There are a few ways to go about cutting, try them and see what works best for you. Not only will you be lean and mean, but well versed on cutting. The links that FG1 posted will shurly help.

    Yeah just use the search button there are millions of threads out there. But for a quick response I love to do mine after working out. I'm not a morning person. Before the workout is not the way to go for me. I get to tired and can't lift as heavy.
