Hey just wondering what everyone's thoughts are on doing cardio while bulking. I've lowered my cardio to nothing apart from 5 min warm up on the bike before hitting weights. I've done this for the last couple months with good muscle gains and will probably continue for another 4 months. I'ved one this before but only for a few months not 6 months at a time. I eat clean and my bodyfat would still be below 15%. Is it ok to do no cardio or should I add a few sessions a week back into my program?
