Hello,
Can anybody point me in the direction of a good down loadable food diary for bodybuilders? Both computer based or print out would be fine. Exercise component is optional.
I just started making up my own template, but if I can save some time by downloading one that would be great. Can't seem to find anything on the forum, though I haven't looked everywhere just yet.
As minimum the diary would need to be split into days and meals, and have columns for all major macronutrient.
