its all right there. doesnt matter if its liquid or tablet.
its best to read it. but the answer youre looking for is in post number 44. i dont claim that as my personal dosage suggestion, i copied it as a favor from another source in the help thread but its the favorite general rule.

None. Do some serious reading about the side effects of this stuff before using it. People have ended up with heart murmurs from it. If you want to cut down spend your efforts on diet and exercise, not risky drugs.
