Hi,

I just got 100 pills of clenbuterol today and the shop owner told me that they are 5mg pills? Has anyone ever heard of this dosage for clenbuterol before?

Because on the internet I am only finding 20mcg and 40mcg pill dosages?

Clen comes in mcg doses not mg, 5mg would more than likely kill you if you were to take it. Are you sure it's the real thing? I dont know of anywhere in the States where you can by Clen OTC.

Yes in fact that's why i asked cause I have never heard of 5mg clen. The pills are rounded white with a groove as diameter.

So normally the pills are 20mcg?

I took one already today. But if it really were a 5mg pill, I would be already shakin badly i guess...

If he stated they were 5mg I would be more inclined to believe they were 5mcg. That being said, you dont want to mess with clen unless you know exactly what the dosage is. You sure they arent some kind of knock off supplement? Clen is only available with a prescription in the US.

I would not take anything if I was not sure of the dosage.

These guys already told you, you should not mess with Clen if you don't know the exact dosage. That being said you can google to easily find out how much to take. I have heard that most starter dosage is around 20 and then from there you work your way up and find a good dosage that works well for you.

It's different for everyone, since every body is different. Start at 20mcg, and assess how you feel. Work your way to a dosage where sides are bearable, and you are getting a desired effect.

The least amount that works for you, is the best amount. There is no exact guide.

Go back where you bought them and find out what the deal is.

You either got ripped with a knock off supplement or there was just a misunderstanding in the dose.

Either way, I wouldn't be putting it into my body right now.

seriously, it depends on your build. my girlfriend is 4.9ft and 87 lbs. im 6.1 and 250 lbs. if you give her anything that you give me, it will probably kill her.

... it's all about the love handles , once I managed to decrease them by stopping all carbs for a month and eating only protein and fat. However i lost some muscle too and do not want to get back to that

They said DO NOT take them. Get in touch with whomever you bought it from, and figure it out.

Seriously man, this stuff (especially at your size) could kill you if you start taking MG's instead of MCG's.

this should be your view on it, three people just suggested you take them back. and they are pretty much right in my opinion too. so what you lose a day. go get something assuredly legit.

This is my first attempt on clen and want to see if it really works for me. However, i guess i will have to wait another day...

No I do not eat white bread, keep sugar to the real minimum and right now I am only eating complex carbs apart from protein.

To tell you the truth, right now my hands are trembling a bit. Maybe clen decided to kick at last? Can it be? No sweating though...

remember..... a 100 pound guy, and a 200 pound guy will be completely different. that cycle could be good for your buddy, not you.

then either it's not actual clen or your friend is also uneducated on the subject. I know dozens of guys who could be handed a pill and told it's 5mg of clenbuterol and they wouldn't have a clue how ridiculous that statement is. at this point I'm suspecting your source has 5mcg pills and is quite uneducated himself on clen, he is passing them along to his customers as 5mg and they don't know enough to correct him, or he is unwilling to hear it. just my opinion.

I contacted the shop owner and he told me that someone else gives him the pills. He will contact him tomorrow and let me know the dosage. Most probably it's 5mcg just as FireGuy1 suggested...

its my unprofessional opinion that you could probably start at 60mcg as your base..

FYI, I'm 6'3, 225lbs and 8%bf and I only need 80mcgs of this stuff a day to see results. I always start with 40mcgs and ramp up but my girlfriend takes 20mcgs twice a day and gets shakey and she weighs more than you do homey. I'd start with 20mcgs.
