So i am getting a stationary bike tomorrow so i can do cardio in the morning and can't decide if i should put it in my spare room or in my living room in front of the television??
The reason i am asking is the spare room is really tiny, and i am wondering if i can burn extra calories if i turned on the space heater and made it 90-100 degrees in there? I know you sweat more, but does working out in a hotter room burn extra calories? or would i just be making it unecessarily uncomfortable?
any info on this is greatly appreciated
