Hey all new here any help is appreciated..
25 years old 5'8 around 22 bf. Lifting for 5-6 years on n off.
Currently on anavar 30 mg a day and testoviron .5 cc mon and thurs..
Diet my day starts at 3am as i work really early.
Breakfast 5 hard-boiled eggs and oatmeal at 3:30 am.
Baked chicken breast around 6-7.
Protein shake 8-9.
Chicken breast again or tuna at 11 for "lunch".
Intra workout Protein shake at 1:30.
Post workout shake. My shakes consist of Whey/glutamine/bcaa. Just got some oats as well and im wondering if they would be good post workout?
Chicken steak or fish alongwith some rice for dinner around 5-6 pm.
Casein shake around 8-9 pn
Knocked out by 10 lol..
My goal is to gain a little muscle mass and cut some BF.
