last year i tore my quad and couldnt function with it for maybe 5 months.
This year in a soccer trial game sprained it again. Iced it plenty. Went to physio . Started the streches. And a 2 months into rehabilitation later got a sprain in a different spot just from stretching.
Its not the only injury i have. long term wrist and ankle injuries ( 8 years). I always strech always warm up.
Tryed many doctors and physios etc for all my injuries and i'm just getting desperate now its been to many years of suffering.
Any methods, steroids, peptides, People can report definately helped there recovery. ? Anyone that can help me out id really appriciate your help!
