    Do quads get any easier!?

I did quads for the first time and not sure if I will be doing them again. Left quad injection went fine (test e), woke up the next day, bearable pain and was limping for a couple of days until next injection. Did my right quad, nice smooth injection, but... 5 hours later it was just pure pain, could hardly walk for 2 days it was that bad. Hurt to sit down even! I normally pin delts and glutes but its much easier doing quads when i need to inject myself and would like to have used them again... but just don't think I could if the pain is like this everytime!

    Do they get any easier?

Just did my first quad pin about 6 hours ago. So far so good, but the pain is the worst for me at about 24 hours so I guess we'll see how it goes. I always hear people say it's just virgin muscle, it gets better, but then you also hear people (vets included) that say they'll never do quads again. It makes me wonder how often things go well until they have one bad experience.

I used to be a quad only pinner. Started with short esters recently so I'm doing everyday pinning now. I've opened up to my wife about my usage and she's actually started pinning my glutes and delts for me. Glutes are so painless, don't know why I never did them before. Delts...it's hit and miss for me. I'll have a little pip occationally but never anything unbearable.

I rotate my quads upper right, upper left, lower right, lower left. Yes, for about a month it was hell and it felt like something was wrong, lol, but you'll get used to it and only have minute pain around the site.

Everyone has a different threshold for pain.

First time for me hurt like hell first 3 days afterward. I could barely walk(pinged left and right same night). I swore I wouldn't do quads again...

So the next week it hurt a lot less. Sore for maybe a day after.

Now it doesn't hurt at all. If you can deal with the. Pain for one or two more shots it might go away. Takes adjusting for some apparently. My experience on it. GL.

Week 8 of my 12 week cycle of TestE 600mg/wk and I have done nothing but quads except for 1 injection in the galute on week 2. I have pretty muscular quads so that isn't an issue. Literally no soreness the next day at the point and i inject 2ml at a time (1ml test, 1ml b12). When I say I, i mean my wife. Because for whatever reason i can't put the needle in myself lol(well i can it just takes me 30+ mins of psyching myself out to do it) but once it is in I can inject no problem.

You are going to have scar tissue if u don't start mixing it up. At least use different parts of your quad

I rotate sites between quads, glutes, delts, bis, tris, traps and Lats. I've done calves before, but feel more discomfort (just can't get them right each time). I still can't psyche myself up for pecs.
