    Advice on steroids

Looking for some advice , I wouldn't normally use steroids but I'm coming back from a hand injury and want to get back to my usual size or bigger , also would like to lose body fat , is there any suggestions on what I should use ? I've got a balanced diet from a nutricionist

Try going to the doctor and ask him what will help.

Seriously dude read all you can here on steroids before even going there. Especially the possible adverse effects. You need blood work done a lot to make sure nothing is going wrong. It's not all fun and games like some people think. And you still have to work your butt off even if you use them. And if given bad advice you could end up really screwed when your endocrine system shuts down on you and your pecker no longer works. Not good at all. Be safe be informed.
