Does anyone partake in any type of pre cycle prep like soft tissue work and maybe band exercises for ligaments, any more so than usual? Or perhaps any type of cleansing for a week or two? I ask especially for the last part as I will often have stomach issues with the amounts of food I eat while gaining, so I've always stuck with shorter bulks than reccomended (i actually have been doing the two week bulk/cut deal for a while). Anyhow, I obv plan to eat more heavily than normal bulk with AAS and am fingding a few questions here and there as cycle approaches, thanks in advance!!
edit: this stuff may not be necessary, I have been lifting and exercising my whole life basically but I know not to just crank thru weights like a maniac and damage anything, but I'm just looking to stay healthy all around... these are just a fee things I thought of, and this post is to see if anyone would like to share any prep they do that they find necessary, thanks again B-)
