    Hello everyone!

    Just looking for a little advice.

    32 Male 237 lbs 5'11" body fat High

    played college football and wrestled so have some knowledge about fitness.

    Broke my back in 2006 and left me paralyzed from the waist down got feeling back and am walking and running again want to lose some weight and build muscle again just started back in the gym and have very little patience I want to see results fast not so worried about weight loss just want to tone and build shape and size again. So i am looking for any insight into supplements and routines. Any help is appreciated.

    You will need patience. Not sure why you are not interested in weight loss. As long as it is body fat weight loss.... Carrying extra weight around with a back injury will add stress to the injury. Here are links on the forum to areas you may want to research.

    Thanks for the information. I am interested in weight loss just not a first priority i know it will come with time.
