Hi Guys just thought id introduce myself and hopefully get a little advice , im 33 been fighting mma and other martial arts for over 20 years now training 5 days a week but i have always had to control my weight for obvious reasons , i have now retired and im going to do what i have always wanted to do BULK UP i have changed my diet and im due to start a cycle of super sustex and deca , would you guys recommend anything else to go with this or just stick with the 2 , and any training advice for bulking upper body would be greatly appreciated
