Hello, i am looking into doing my first cycle. Layed out like this...
Weeks 1-12 500mg sust/week
Weeks 6-12 50mg win/day
I am currently 20 years old, maintain a healthy diet and workout everyday. I am 5'10" 185lbs and want to see some good, lean mass gains as well as body fat reduced to around 10% from its current 14%.
Any suggestions or input on this cycle would be great, seeing as it is my first cycle. Would also like to hear some projected results.
