Hi guys, reading already a tiem in this forum I want to make my first thread.
First of all, I am not a native speaker, so please excuse my English.
Height: 5 feet 9 "
Weight: 75 kg (165 - 170 lbs)
Bodyfat: around 12 %
Training: around 3 years effective
Eating: Eating/ nutrition plan pretty strict (carb cycling)
I do not plan do make a cycle, I just want to gather as much information as I can, and eventually I will be interested in future.
Actually I am now interested to know If there is really an effect on doing a SINGLE cycle? (testo e only)
Example 1: (with single/first cycle and eating/nutrional plan and hard training)
I gain during a time period a lot of lbs. My exercise weights will increase pretty a lot. After the circle I will lose most of the kg (water), my exercise weights decrease again to normal and if I am lucky I gain just some kg/lbs in a period of a few months. My testosterone level will be in the cellar for the next time. So far so good.
Before cycle: Squats 120 kg
During Cycle: Squats 150 kg
A time after cycle: Squats 127 kg
Example 2: (without roids and eating/nutrional plan and hard training)
Due the fact I did not reach my genetic limit and my eating and training discipline I will also gain weight during a certain time period. For sure I will not look that massive and I will not exercise with that heavy weights like in the same time I use periods.
BUT the effect will be the same, due my discipline I will gain in the same time weight as I gained WITH roids (meaning not DURING a cycle but a few months later maybe). And my testo level is not down for the next time...
Before time period: Squats 120 kg
Duringtime period: Squats 124 kg
End of time period: Squats 127 kg
Meaning that, whether I do a SINGLE cycle or not, after some months I in both examples I gain lean muscle mass and my legs will have a 127 kg optics and it will be the same result?
So, I hope you understand what I want to say/ask with my thread.
As far as I got it now, a SINGLE cycle is only effective if
- I reached my genetic limit (which I did not)
- for a certain event (movie, bodybuilder challenge, summer season,..)
So, am I right that it is wrong to think with a single cycle (in my case) I save time to form my dream body?
And that it would for me only effective to make regular cycles? (like once a year)
