    Hi everyone, I am a new member to this site it looks awesome and I am so ready to get started! I am a college student and have been lifting since before high school. My dad is a professional body builder so I've been around it all my life. I am trying to cut down to a low BMI and gain more muscle mass at the same time! I would love any tips or pointers in which direction to go.
