anavar only first cycle,

hi guy, i am 23 and looking forward to use my first cycle which will be anavar only cycle for 8 weeks and do some pct afterwards, ? my question is what kind a gain i should be expecting ? and yea i am currently 166pound with 15 percent body fat. does anvar gona help me with fat lose ? my reason for not using test is that i am afraid of gyno can't deal with it.
