20 year old, planning my first cycle

I'm 20 year old. I've been introduced to weight lifting when I was 14. I've been lifting consistently (4 to 6 days a week depending on training routine) since I was 16 year old, so for 4 years now. I was overweight when I was started training, so much of my focus has been on losing body fat, especially in the last 2 years. As a result, I went from about 30% body fat to what I estimate to be between 15% and 20% at the moment. I wanna get down to 12-13% (175-180 lb) while maintaining muscle mass, and then start my first cycle, in about 5-6 months from now if everything goes well.

I've got my cycle and PCT figured out. I will be starting with 250mcg of test e3.5d for 12 weeks, and then run PCT. I've also got my diet pretty much figured out. I wanna eat 500 calories above the maintenance intake, split into 5 even meals over 15 hours, consisting of 40% prot, 40% carbs and 20% fat, eating as healthy as possible to minimize both body fat increase and the side effects from test. So I will be eating mostly white meat (fish, chicken), eggs, veggies, sweet potatoes, rice, nuts and some fruits like blueberries, raspberries and kiwis. My training will be hypertrophy and moderate cardio (8-10 rep range + 1 to 2 min of cardio in between every series) in the first 6 weeks, and then a mix of hypertrophy (8 rep range) and strength (3 to 5 rep range) with moderate cardio at the end in the last 6 weeks.

I've also been teaching myself how to inject on and off in the past 2 months, I've got my injection kit. I've also got the PCT stuff. The two challenges that I still have to overcome are:

    1) Finding a supplier for the gear that I will be injecting and making sure it's legit
    2) Polishing up my diet

I've been reading on how to check gear legitimacy, and for the diet part of it, tips are appreciated.

I've also been considering using Clenbuterol during PCT. I've heard that it allows you to eat like a pig without worrying too much about a possible increase in body fat. Also, this will be my very first experience, so I have no idea what kind of gains I will make, or whether I will get any sides. I will record everything, my experience as a whole here, in this thread, as soon as I get started.

I would say you need to stay away from AAS for a few more years. Asking ffor supplies and gear is no allowed on this site. Hit the diet and nutrition section. And you need to read this http://forums.steroid.com/anabolic-s...-steroids.html

You've misunderstood me. I never asked for help to find a supplier. I merely said that it's one of the challenges I still have to overcome.

I agree with all of the above bro.You are too young and you need to take the time to fine tune your diet.Use this time to build a solid foundation. You have time on your side.DONT risk hurting youself for a lil muscle.Stay natural for now.You will be glad you did.Good luck!

I seriously don't know what's funny about this. I don't have any contacts. But I'm not asking for help either. I'm very aware that this is a process I have to go through on my own.

What is funny is that there are a ton of people that are young that come in here with the same questions. AAS are not hard to find. Finding people that know a lot about them is....until you came to this site. Please listen to what we are telling you and wait. At your age your test levels are very high and there is no need to put any aas into your system. In the long run it will do more harm than good. Stay on this site, read and ask questions.

You best friend here is going to be your diet. If you eat right, train hard and get plenty of sleep you will see huge gains in the gym. AAS are not a quick fix for solid hard work. If you work your butt on in the gym and the kitchen in 5 years you will have the foundation to possibly start using AAS. Hand around and learn from us old dogs and don't be in such a hurry.

Ok. I understand. I will wait then. But I've already been training hard for over half a decade. After how much time will I be ready? If I have a few solid years of training, a low body fat percentage and a good, ever-improving grasp on how to diet, then what else do I need?

You are too young IMO to start yet but show to be doing your research so far which is a good thing! You still have a lot more reading and learning to do though and would concentrate 90% of my time on this site in the diet section. It is crazy the difference i made once i started dieting. I had worked out for a good 7 years prior to me first starting to diet and was about to quit, thinking i just had bad genetics and was never going to see anything close to a six pack.

Once my diet was in check, I seen better results in those first 2 months of dieting than i had seen in my 7 years of working out prior to that.
If you cant lower your body fat percentage off cycle, you wont be able to do it while on. You mentioned that you heard Clenbuterol allows you to eat like a pig and not gain fat. This is the furthest from the truth with my experience with Clen. Once i learned how to diet i stopped caring about running cutting cycles since i could now cut while taking any compound.

This is what you have to learn how to do before even considering steroids. Concentrate on your cutting diet and get your body fat percentage lower. Who know, maybe you wont even think about steroids, once you see what just a good diet will do to your body.

    Good luck!
