    Coming off Achilles injury

    Hi All,

49 year old in Canada, just recovering from an Achilles Tear and have lost all muscle mass in one calf muscle. Been working it and overall body but can't seem to get back. Thinking of using steroids to jump start recovery but wondering if you can use them a little bit and stop, or does it require constant use?

Really just want to quickly get back to my in shape body prior to bed ridden 7 months. Any advice is welcome.

    Cheers!

Welcome to the forum ziggy. I would be careful there imo i would not use them as you will use more weight quicker and could/will cause injury again before it heals healed properly.

As clarky said you need to be careful, but yes you can do 1 cycle(normal cycles last approx 10-12 weeks) and a correct pct. You don't have to keep using steroids the rest of your life or anything. Good luck and welcome.

Welcome, and I agree with clarky, the sudden and dramatic increase in weight could cause that Injury to start going in reverse, wait until it's healed nicely and than maybe look into a cycle of test only
