    Pre-Cycle Cut? Worth it?

    Gonna cycle 12 weeks Test E @ 600 mg and 50mg dbol for 6 weeks

    Im at 14% bf right now (had it tested not the in the mirror bullshit I see on this forum all the time) ideally I would like to get around 11-12% during this cycle and STILL gain 12-14 lbs. lol ambitious i know.

    Has anyone had experience doing cuts perhaps 2 weeks before cycle and then first 4 weeks on cycle then finishing out with an 8 week bulk? I know it sounds like I want to accomplish two different things but my PRIMARY focus is gaining the mass, I just would like to shred up a liiiiittle bit as well.

    the "in the mirror bullshit" is actually more accurate, if you know what you are doing, than the stupid electrical conductivity bullshit. Some guy at the gym that worked there was telling me he was 12%BF, and I'm like "your kidding". The lowest you could be is 15%, but I'm guessing 17%. He later came back in and said I'm right, probably closer to 16%.

    my body doesn't turn on a dime as you suggest. I need to stay focused on my goals for a significant period of time to get what I want. For me, changing goals mid cycle is pointless. So if I'm going to bullk, that's what I do. If I'm going to cut, or even recomp, then I stick with it for several months.

    I feel you in the regard that you have had enough life experience to make great assumptions. My point in that statement was just that MOST of the guys on here who are eye balling are not correct. And surely your not implying that people eyeballing is more accurate than a body composition test (Bod Pod/Dexascan). Everyone carries fat differently, for example, I typically look lower than I really am because I have abs all the time. I have approached nearly 20% before and still have had abs. I carry fat around my quads and glutes. So a vet is not going to be able to "eye ball" me unless they pretty much saw me completely nude.

    What I am probably going to do is try a month long "cleanse" type of diet where I just eat "healthier" foods around my maintenance caloric level, and up my cardio (from none to some lol) then when I'm 2 weeks into cycle go full fledged bulk and not look back lol. Last cycle I lost 1.5% while DIRTY bulking lol dont know if that was luck or what.

    Do it!!! You'll be much happier. Hell you'll prob look bigger after you cut.
    15% to 11% is a world of difference.
