the "in the mirror bullshit" is actually more accurate, if you know what you are doing, than the stupid electrical conductivity bullshit. Some guy at the gym that worked there was telling me he was 12%BF, and I'm like "your kidding". The lowest you could be is 15%, but I'm guessing 17%. He later came back in and said I'm right, probably closer to 16%.
my body doesn't turn on a dime as you suggest. I need to stay focused on my goals for a significant period of time to get what I want. For me, changing goals mid cycle is pointless. So if I'm going to bullk, that's what I do. If I'm going to cut, or even recomp, then I stick with it for several months.
