Beast Mode Loading... WITH PHOTO's (iEKOS Log)

    Hello family..

As requested and a great idea, here is my story and a log of my progress on this journey. OLD Thread: http://forums.steroid.com/diet-nutri...ll-photos.html

    It's History:

History of why (if anyone is curious), and starting from the beginning 10 month ago: I hope this motivates more people to get off their ass!!

I stated my journey with a no carbs, full on protein ketogenic diet (zero sugar). It was an extreme measure for two reasons. 1. I went to the doctors complaining of kidney pain, lower back pain, psoriasis getting out of control and generally feeling like shit, always fighting with people at work and home (mood swings) and couldn't be bothered doing anything with the family (day out, meals etc).
The doctor happens to by a good friend and asked me to go through a full blood panel. About three to four days later, he asked me to come in.

I will never forget what he said: Your going to die if you continue you f'in idiot.
A: I was diabetic, more tests needed but he was 99% certain.
B: My back hurt due to kidneys. It had allot of fat surrounding them.
C: Psoriasis was going mad due to the amount of sugar in my diet.
D: I was obviously obese and what comes next was heart disease. (I was 224 pounds)
E: And this is what made me push for a change: He said, at this rate, I don't think your going to see your 3 year old boy grow up see him graduate / get married etc. (That killed me).

I had enough. I was sick and tired of feeling sorry for my self and feeling like I couldn't do it. I finally wanted to feel good. I want to feel like I can run, breath, do things with my kids and also, look awesome. More than anything, I wanted my kids to be proud of me and some day tell their friends or anyone infact "look, that's my dad".

So, I had to deal with it head on. IT WAS ALL IN MY HEAD AND IT WAS TIME TO RETRAIN MY BRAIN. So here I am.

    Age: 37 (July 1977)
    Weight: 177 pounds / 80 kg
    Height: 5,5
Workout: 5-6 days a week for estimated 1.5hr intense HITT + weights.
    Gym since: March 2014.
    Body Fat: 24%
Diet: I'd say I'm eating well. I don't eat crap hence the weight loss.

I now want to keep loosing weight and continue my transformation by building muscle. My diet needs to be checked hence why I'm here.

After the guidance and advice given to me on here: http://forums.steroid.com/diet-nutri...ll-photos.html I goto say, I feel great. At first I was scared bringing in more carbs and fat but wow, I do feel stronger.. Weight hasn't changed just yet but I feel amazing.

The HIIT is starting to hurt the quads on the cross trainer. I've taken two days off to spend time with the kids and generally resting.

    Hi guys. Quick hello.

Been on a short break with the family. Been back in the gym and loving it. Lost 3lb since the new diet and extra cardio.

    Question:

I have bad skin. Bad acne for many years. Been to the docs and I'm now on antibiotics. There is allot of scares all over my body (mainly back) due to the acne. I also have dark patches everywhere due to psoriasis.

I want to try HGH. Revitalise my skin.

I was told it should be taken with test and an anabolic but I don't think i'm ready for any steroids yet... Or am I?

I also might have gyno. Its hard to tell as I've lost allot of fat and it may be access skin. Is surgery the only way?

Well if you are confirmed low t then maybe you can get a script for trt and then you have your test for the hgh. As for gyno, it is more than likely just excess fat and skin, unless there is a really hard lump behing the nipple I would guess just fat, your doctor will be more able to tell you then us.

Good job on the weight loss, keep it going. One way to minimize the appearance of dark skin and acne scars is a tan, not sure if you can tan with psoriasis, but if you can it might help even out your color.

I really really really really want to do a cycle, not just test. Maybe with the real Primo.. But I and not ready. My body fat isn't right. But no matter how hard I push, either I run out of steam but nothing is shifting. I dunno, maybe I am actually not doing enough cardio but then I can't be arsed doing it more then 20min. I wana get on with pushing weights. It's hard to explain the frustration.

The sensible thing to do would be to wait for the doc to do more tests and then a specialist, they will do more BW, then maybe give me a gel, or maybe more. This in the UK may take up to 6 month. ^ frigin months...

I feel shit and annoyed and I just wana get on with seeing gains..

    Yep I'm frustrated,

Slow and steady wins the race, keep pushing on. Maybe try switching up your routine a bit, do some stuff your body isn't used to. Try playing with diet a bit too, again doing things your body isn't used to. I know how hard it is when you plateau and are fighting with low t levels, you just have to keep pushing on and all of a sudden things just start happening again.

More so I am asking you to not turn to gear without finding out what your body needs to work efficiently. So many people jump into gear with false notions like it is magic. If shit aint working before the gear, shit aint gonna work after the gear but now you are left with side effects and messed up HPTA. Don't get me wrong, I love gear, but I don't rely on it to take the place of my hard work and dedication, I use it to take me to the next level safely. You will be ready at some point, that will be up to you to decide when.

    Hi Guys,

Had my second test results, and I'm shocked to find its high. Last test was 8.8nmol and 6 weeks later its 14.2nmol. Does it go up and down that much? WTF????
