    Hello guys,

    I've been thinking about starting to use steroids I've never took steroids before, I'm 19 years of age and weigh 76kg, I wouldn't no where to start when taking steroids which ones are best and most effective? Ive been at the gym for a couple of months and want to experience using steroids, and some tips and using steroids thanks guys

    My opinion is you that should hold off from even thinking about aas use for a very long time and after a lot more training too.

    I'm not even going to address the fact that you have no foundation for AAS.

    At your age you are at the top of your natural production of testosterone , taking steroids while your HPT axis is not matured has 70% more chances of it affecting this natural production. Why risk it??

    Im'a tell you the help you need :

    Wait about 5 years
    Build a solid foundation of muscle
    Whilst your waiting and building muscle , research , research more and keep researching
    Make sure your training regime and diet are in order

    Then look into a first cycle
