one strange thing for me is that i gained 15 lbs in the first 2 weeks and have stayed flat this week. i'm not sure what the typical weight gain profile is. i find it hard to hit the macro's every day as i travel on business a lot (and the diet isn't quite as clean as i'd like), but i am eating something every two hours.
i am happy with the mass gain though and hoping for me over the remaining 5-7 weeks (haven't decided when i'll end exactly). would be great to hit 250 lbs at ~13% bf.
any thoughts on what to expect or look out for would be appreciated...
