    Yohimbine hcl, full stomach or empty?

    I have read a little on this supplement. Should I take this just every morning with caffeine and don't worry about food intake or should I take it with a empty stomach and then a cardio season?

    I guess the simple thing I'm asking. What's the best way to take this? Pre workout, post workout, night, day or doesn't matter?

    I take it as part of ECY stack for fat loss on empty or full stomach. Limit Y to 3mg twice per day when stacking as ECY.

    I have never taken Y by itself. Some members run much Y higher doses and it causes them to feel anxious and higher heart rates.

    This stack absolutely kills my appetite and increases heart rate. Be careful dosing before workouts....my heart rate was close to 190 bpm during cycle class on thanksgiving morning....should have taken stack after working out.

    Some of these high energy pre workouts will do the same to your heart rate.

    I always take ecy first thing in the morning, before any food and then do a low intensity cardio session. You should fast for 3 hours or so after taking yohimbine, as it's effect on stubborn fat is relatively weak and will be completely overridden by any insulin response.

    As a warning my morning stack was 32mg ephedrine, 200mg caffeine and 15-20mg of yohimbine (sticking to the usual 0.2 mg per kg of bw) and my heart rate hit over 200 when I overdid the cardio intensity.

    Hey guys, how is Yohimbe as far as the jitters or anxiety? I'm already anxious enough to begin with. I rarely have any caffeine in my diet. So many pre-workout/fatburners give me the jitters. That's fine for my workout, I just don't want to feel all anxious for the next few hours.. Any suggestions are appreciated..

    Ephedrine will do it to u. I personally don't really feel any sides or anything off of the yohimbine.
