    F'kn New Guy (FNG)

Hi, Im 5'5"/, 40 and from AZ. Looking to lose weight. Im not necessarily looking to get a body builder physique. I do wreck it in the gym. ("it" meaning me) I am on HRT and Sermaline/GHRP-2 prescribed by doctors. I have tried everything to lose weight. In June of last year I shot up to 226 with no explanation as to why. I don't eat crap and i meticulously log my macro nutrient intake. Ive done the HCG diet and low carb dieting, the 11 day diet and the keto diet. I am hovering between 192 and 200 right now even with cardio'ing my ass off. In the course of my research, I came across this forum and after lurking around, I decided to join. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Im gonna try and look up my questions now and see if I can answer them myself. Otherwise, be on the look out for my future posts.

Hey RDW. Have you tried a phone app like "Lose it" yet? There's lots of them but basically you put in the weight you're looking to get down too and when you want to get there by. You enter the calories in from each meal and the calories burned from exercise and it does the math to see if you're net negative, positive, or neutral for the day. You'd still want to watch your macros (particularly protein) but one of the constants in the universe remains "burn more than you put in and you lose weight". Sometimes seeing it this way on a graph can help towards goals

    Good luck.
