What is wrong with my nips? (Gyno question)

Long story short, ran a 3 week 75mg/ed anavar cycle, ending it early because nips went crazy. (Var from a trusted UGL, but could have been dbol. Threw it away and never touching steroids again.) Anyway, after ending my cycle 4 weeks ago, my areola or the area around my nipples is still kind of puffy and I have feeling that I have slight gyno and a feeling the puffyness is permanent. will it get better? im scared

Is there a lump? If there is no lump then its not gyno. I doubt it would be anyway just looks like high body fat to me. Did you run a pct?

I don't see anything wrong. Your chest doesn't even looks that bad, considering your %bf.

I'm at 12-13% and I still have some degree of pseudogyno (fat around nips).

Lose weight and your chest will look just great.

I began dieting after ending my cycle 4 weeks ago and lost 10 pounds already. Before AAS, my nips weren't puffy, so fat shouldnt have any influence on the puffyness.

No lumps, but my nips were not puffy until i took var. Sensitivity in the nips began after a few days, and a little puffyness soon followed. No PCT because Anavar isnt that suppressive.

The point is I don't see any noticeable puffyness. Stay off AAS and continue dieting, any residual effect should go away.

Is nipple sensitivity normal on all AAS, even var? I thought var cant cause gyno, but my nips say otherwise. (The sensitivity went down after ending my cycle.)

Maybe it wasn't var you got. Either way even if it is less suppressive than other aas it is still suppressive. Lower test levels means your E2/test ratio was/is probably out of whack.

You should have ran a pct regardless.

Get some bloodwork done.

How many times you need to hear that is impossible to know from those photos if you have gyno or not, way too much fat for being possible to see anything.

You should be worried about your bf%, and lack of muscles instead of pseudo-gyno.

I agree with you. I see no gyno in your photo's. If your concerned get some blood work done check estrogen levels and such.

This is why things happen when you just pop oral steroids thinking you will see great changed because...its just sooo damn easy. Well you probably dont have gyno but it may have progressed to gyno had you not stopped.
Now you are probably going to be in alot worse shape than you were before the cycle..bc your test is bottomed oit. Surprised your not complaining of ED.

Youre missing point my friend. You need to educate more, on everything in general. Cycling without test, young...everything for a while
...before you think about aas
