So then why do 95% of all pro do fasted cardio if being fed is better for losing weight?

Some Studies show yes fasted cardio and training burns more fat and some don't then main thing is the insulin sensitivity and HGH goes throw the roof , and during the working fat burning may be the same but its the PWO metabolic rate that goes through the roof ,

I love fasted cardio , use to do weight training as well but I find for size I need the meal before hand and more of a mental note , but im ex training 210 pounds 7% bf 5.9 trains fasted and swares by it , its what ever works for you in the long run either or wont make much of a difference I don't think for the average gym rat

    hope this helps you

    best of luck

Every single time I see a study on why fasted cardio is bad I see one that says it's good..I think as long as you keep your heart rate down you won't burn up too much muscle ..that's my thought ?i really don't know for sure..I do know that it works!

That's a fact about health and nutrition I learned a long time ago..take everything you read with a grain of salt and use your own experience and intelligence to make the right choices for you..it's all you can do cause there is not "right" answer on most things..more like a general consensus..

I agree with this. I think with any of these studies, we know the basic formula is get your heart rate up, restrict calories in a moderate manner. It is up to the individual person to figure out what that variable in the equation is that works for them.
