400mg/ml of test e 200mg/ml twice a week 10 weeks
hcg towards end of cycle
what do i need to buy to minimize the side effects with on tren? or u guys just take it and hope for no side effects?

Take these in multiple quantities and you will grow.
Tren at 21 is almost guaranteed to cause you permanent HTPA damage. Hopefully your test only cycle didn't.
Head over to the diet section and get squared away there.

Like said above this is a mistake aas can't replace poor eating habits.Not only running aas at your age a mistake running tren is just crazy.You should be more worried and your diet and building a solid foundation naturally.

If you don't have the patience to do basic research and engage in conversation on an internet forum without a couple of comments triggering you to lapse into "You're not my real Dad!!" mode, then Tren probably isn't your best choice given the psychological side-effects a lot of people report experiencing.
Physiologically your body is practically already on steroids, and will probably continue to be in that state until ~25. Your body is conditioning itself to be able to produce testosterone post-puberty. Hammering down that process with something as potent as tren retards that process and subsequently your longterm ability to recover from using steroids.
