I'm a fan of high volume 6x a week training 1 rest day but thinking lately maybe this is fucking me over?
currently
push / pull / leg repeat followed by a rest day on sunday , and of course 10-20 minutes cardio post workout
Do you guys find less volume when cutting can work ? im not sore or over trained or tired I nap during the day don't work walk my dog every couple hour so my life is pretty relaxed ,
would maybe 3x a week work as well I heard a lot of people on here like training 3-4x a week no more ,
