Headache hit me like a Tsunami

i was in the gym doing preacher curls and i felt the headache creep in further. i had one yesterday, but after i moved on to pull downs it hit my skull like tsunami. i couldn't take it. my head was pounding. that was about an hr ago. i feel much better now. tiny bit of residual. what the heck happened? could it be my BP?

been eatin sweet potato and plain yogurt today
took a little pre workout. edging into week 3 of a 400mg Tren E + 500mg Test E per week
    drink coffee in the morning
    taking my AIs and cialis
    taking D3
    taking C
    taking b12
sex drive is good to go. literally rocking

i just measured my BP it's about 135 / 87 without my stethoscope i just ate a subway turkey on wheat and am not quite relaxed

i dropped the tren because in a month i need to try and run 3 miles in at LEAST 23 minutes. if i can get 22 minutes i will literally contort my body and kiss my own butt.

Look up the thread "sex headache" and read musclescience's reply. Controlled breathing fixed my problem as MS said.

It could have been some nerve being pinched in your neck when doing the preacher curls. Any straining could cause some temporary misalignment in your neck causing pain. Keep a watch on it to see if it happens again and on what movements. And as Obs said you can watch your breathing too. Best of luck.

Mine hit instant like yours. I was pushing too hard for lack of a better term. Musclescience had a medical term for the process that caused it. Basically all I had to do was breathe through easily and I didn't get the headache.

It's called Valsalva maneuver, you hold your breath to increase intra-thoracic pressure when lifting. It has the effect of raising the blood pressure within the arteries and left ventricle of the heart.

You've been having some issues a lot lately. Maybe I'm thinking of someone else. How much caffeine are you taking daily? And what preworkout are you using? I have all of that up years ago for health reasons and now i only take about 5mgs of cialis and a cup of coffee preworkout. Its by far the best I've used.

Water! Water! Water! Make sure your piss is clear EVERY time or you aren't getting enough!

Was a big difference maker for me!

Sometimes I sleep for more than 24 hours at a time on Fridays while on cycle. If I do not set an alarm and drink 1.5L every 4 hours I get a huge headache. As far as pushing and not breathing correctly the results can be as bad as getting the bubbles while SCUBA diving. I have passed out on the leg press during a max out competition. Woke up to the worst headache ever.

Headaches can literally be caused by so many things its sometimes impossible to narrow it down.
Your BP is a little high though and that could be the culprit. You want it as close to 120/70 as possible.

Stay hydrated and on top of that BP. I know it was stated that your urine should be clear. While not untrue, it's not going to be clear while you're on a 19-nor. Specifically while using tren. When I'm on tren or nandrolone, my urine is as dark as tea. And I drink 2-2.5 gallons of water every day without exception.

    thanks for looking out bro,

i did stop the tren. Cardio for speed and endurance is now an important piece of what i can do. I'm only pinning test at the moment. running at least 2-3 miles frequently and lifting. still eating a lot. got stronger now i need to get faster.

Tren does that to me. It was brown almost. What a wonderful compound.
