hell no, i am opposite of the word ecstacy on low carbs... bad mood, angry, irritable and so on... id say its closer to a bad tren mood than anything positive in the mind (atleast for me and many others)

    Thats crap.
All these studies aliken certain foods to drugs or feelings simply because certain areas or transmitters in the brain are activated in a similar fashion.
Like one study that said "Chocolate activates the same parts of your brain as orgasm."
    Ok!
I have never ate chocolate and damn near shit the bed and laid on my back panting for thirty minutes afterward cursing and sweating with a smile on my face unable to move.

People are either getting some kick ass chocolate idk about or there is some partial science going on.

    Keto and ecstasy...
    Not a chance.

Running keto for the 1st time , 1st week over , tbh i feel great during workouts , but when im just sitting and doing nothing it's horrible , constant mild wave of despair , + for some reason i'm paranoid as fk

Ecstasy? Maybe the after effect rofl...
