I have just changed careers and finding it extremely difficult to get my meals in . morning and afternoon break's are only 10 minutes long witch doesn't give me enough time to heat up my meals . Guess what i am looking for is help with ideas on very quik no heat high protein \carb meal
my current plan is 140grams protein ( chicken/turkey/beef ) 200grams carbs ( rice/sweet potato / pasta ) 100 grams veggies ( broccoli / beans / asparagus x3 per day the other 3 meals are eggs and protein panckes
