I am very strict with my diet and I do not have issues cutting (I compete in BB). My problem is bulking. I want to try and maintain 12% bf when bulking. For some reason, I always go up to about 15%. I usually cycle with dbol, test, and deca. This cycle I switched the dbol for Tbol seeing if that will make a difference. Right now I am at about 12% but I am gaining about .7 kg/ day. I am about 500 cal above TDEE. Do I cut back even though I'm hungry. I normally need to force feed myself to get sufficient calories.
I am presently 47/43/10 (P/C/F). Carbs play a big part in my weight gain. I am thinking of carb cycling. Any other ideas.
I want that Scotchguard look while bulking.
