Thanks Kel. I had read these and a few others, i believe there was one out of univ of va that was an extended trial if i remember right. Thats where i got my base info on it.
Was just curious for active people who weight train of it was actually beneficial to them over a period of time. I mean it would reason that the increases im gh and igf would lead to some degree of hyperplasia on a level thats noticeable to someone that trains, but theres no way to gleen that from any of the studies.
Im figuring on givin it a run for the hell of it, i use myself as a guinea pig often enough. Just wanted to see if it was something i should expect to produce any sort of significant effect in the muscle department or if it would just give me the other benefits of increased gh, sleep, well being, etc
