Bloodwork Done - Test E 1000mg DBOL 30mg daily - Estrogen Control Tips

Hi Guys,

Currently approaching Week 4

Test 1000mg Per Week
5 Days into Dbol at 30mg per day.

Estrogen returned at 240 pmol (Australia) yesterday the Normal Range is 7-150.

I was Taking:
0.5mg Arimadex Daily since starting the DBOL

Blood test came back yesterday. Today I took 1mg Arimiadex + 20mg Nolva.
To try keep it around 50 - 80. I am thinking of staying on 1mg per day for a week with 10mg nolva and then recheck then or does this seem like too much? Or is it better to go back to 0.5mg arimiadex tomorrow daily and just let the Nolva work at 20mg daily.

Is this enough you think? I have letrozole on hand have not used it before but I do have it.

Anyone with experience much appreciated.

when running high test with dbol, its best to let the Nolva do its thing at the receptor level, blocking estrogen where needed, while your blood levels elevate (which is totally fine , in fact it has some benefits for gains).

chasing NORMAL blood levels of estrogen while running a gram of test and Dbol is completely futile. your not supposed to have normal blood levels of estrogen. just keep things in check with the Nolva.

I'm currently running 1250mg test, 900mg Deca, 70mg a day Dbol . I'm only running 10mg Nolva (and an OTC ai at minimal dose). no estrogen issues at all.

My god haha I thought my cycle was serious. I'm either a pussy or more likely you have the science understood to do so safely. That makes sense.

So basically presuming my dosages remain the same if I run 10mg nolvadex daily and keep my arimadex at 0.5mg daily. I guess it will drop slightly who knows around 140-200 and what your saying is that although the excess oestrogen is floating in the bloodstream it is safe to do so as the nolva will be protecting me against gyno so it should support some what to some gains and i may just expect some acne etc which I guess is slightly unavoidable with DBOL?

I just noticed one pimple on my back then itchy skin which triggered me to get a blood test when its slightly high this is the first thing i feel.

one of the reasons to go with a high dosage test + dbol cycle is to get the estrogenic effects . why take a cycle thats meant for something, but then take other things to block what its meant for in the first place ?
you only need to keep excessive estrogen in check, thats it. use estrogen as a tool. IF you wanted to do a low estrogen cycle, then you wouldn't be running high test + dbol. you'd be running something like high EQ plus T-bol

That sounds quite spot on then.

I think there may be a range issue with Australian Laverty labs I have never really seen their total test above 100 but other labs I have. My free test looks to be the correct area at 3700 for 1000mg then. Must be pretty good! Thanks !

There's no way to really control aromatizing AAs's estro rebound

RN I'm on double your doses of dBol + a Gram of test per week + 300mg of Deca

Estro sides are getting old going into week 5

Quite possibly, I had mine done through Aus Clinical Labs so there might be some differences, I’ll have to make the call on where I’m going to go to get my levels done during this cycle, I like the idea of having actual free test numbers instead of just >2000 but want an accurate Test number as well if it is over 100 (which probably isn’t likely as I’m only running lower dose Test this cycle)

It's what I use. I don't really even care what my total test is as some labs as well here max out at 99 and just put 99* (above (99). Free test is the important one right i think lol makes sense anyway.

Their results come back within 24 hours!
Laverty is great I can walk into the medical centre tap on the bloods door and theres no one else there straight in and leave within 10 mins no waiting in a line.
