Have you tested your vit d. Well if you have it low taking prescription drops you can improve triglycerides profile. Omega-3,6 fatty acids as supplementation are great also to normalize cholesterol levels. Good luck!

Start by reading the stickies in the diet and nutrition section of the forum because your meal plan is poor.
- You need to eat vegetables, you have almost zero micronutrition. The body doesn't function properly without vitamins & minerals which comes from eating vegetables
- Almost all of your carbs are coming from sugar you need to eat more whole food sources
- Protein intake is too low
- You have no fats except from cheese and maybe milk. So you are missing polyunsaturated fat and monounsaturated fats.
Basically your entire nutrition program needs to be reworked. The stickies will provide you the proper foundation to understand how to build a proper meal plan. From there you can make a new meal program and members can help you further.

Op was this a truly fasted lipid test?
Triglycerides measures the fats in your blood stream. By fasting for 12 hours the food in your stomach no long is breaking down food and sending it into the blood stream. You must fast before a lipids blood test.
Is there a history of high cholesterol/triglycerides in your family? I'm wondering if your condition is hereditary? Even if it is, it's no biggie. Nothing Fenofibrate and Atorvastatin can't handle. You have to take those for the rest of your life but it is what it is, right?
Your numbers are that high. I've seen guy's triglyceride up as high as 1200. That' s 4x your number and he's buff and living a healthy life. Don't panic, get fasted blood work done and let's see where you're at.
