My very first cycle - any tips will be greatly appreciated

I got 1 bottle 10ml of test, 1 bottle 10ml of boldenone, 30 pills of nolvadex & 30 pills of d-bol, and after researching this is how I will start taking it:

nolvadex 20mgs 1 every 2 days
d-bol 1 after meal #2
test 1ml a week on Friday before working out
boldenone 1ml a week on Monday before working out

This is my workout routine:
Mon - back and shoulders
Tues - legs
Wed - cardio
Thur - chest and arms
Fri-legs
Sat - total body workout

Mon-Sat workout & this diet: Sunday off- cheat meals5am
meal #1 1/2 cup of oatmeal, 2 wheat toast & a waffle with 3 or 4 egss
after meal 1amino acids, fish oil & multivitamins
5:45AM pre-workout drink
6:10AM workout
8AM after workout: 2 whey protein scoops with carbs & amino acids

9AM meal #2 * 2 cups of whey pasta or 2 cups of brown rice, 1/2 cup of broccoli and 5-6 oz of salmon

12:30PM meal #3 * 6-8 oz extra lean ground beef & 1 1/2 cup of brown rice

4PM meal #4 * 2 cups of whey pasta or 2 cups of brown rice, 1/2 cup of broccoli and 5-6 oz of chicken or turkey

8PM meal #5 * 1 1/2 cups of brown rice, 2 whey toast & 4 oz of chicken or ground turkey or egg whites

9:30PM go to bed

    I would probably up your meals to 6, and get on intra cycle therapies so that you don't harm your liver and so forth while on the products.
