weeks 7-9, nothing or should i use Novladex?
weeks 10-11, 40mg Novladex
weeks 12-13, 20mg Novladex

I just want to use Winny for my first time and keep to the orals, but any tips would be greatly appreciated.

Also i play Sports at the College level if that is a factor at all or you could have and sport specific advise.
