    Well, I have to admit. I didn't sleep well last night. I'll blame it on the amounts of stims. Oh well. Actually, the stims are just a fact of the cycle. I'll blame myself for not doing enough physical activity yesterday. Today I worked like an Animal though (get it? pun.). Anyways, I felt like vomiting during my cardio phase. I'm going to do what I can to intake more water. Though I doubt I have increased test levels enough to make gains, I noticed that I was doing absolute top performance. ...

    Hey! I've decided to take supplements for my football training. I'm currently in a "Lose fat, gain muscle" mode, before I switch to a pure "Bulk up" mode.
